AxAuto銷售條款和條件

Payment Obligation
The Customer shall pay AxAuto the agreed purchase price for motor parts as specified on the website or in the order confirmation. All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
- Payment shall be made immediately at the time of placing the order through the website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment shall be made via the secure payment methods provided on the website, such as credit card, debit card, or other approved electronic payment systems.
Title and Risk
- Title to the motor parts remains with AxAuto until full payment is received.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery, as per the agreed delivery terms (e.g., Incoterms).
Default and Remedies
- If the Customer fails to complete payment at the time of order, AxAuto reserves the right to cancel the order or pursue legal remedies under Hong Kong law.
- The Customer shall be liable for any reasonable costs, including legal fees, incurred by AxAuto in addressing payment disputes.
Taxes and Duties
The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed on the sale or delivery of motor parts, unless otherwise stated.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, governed by Hong Kong law.
Compliance with Laws
Both parties shall comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws, including but not limited to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), and relevant consumer protection regulations.
Amendments
These terms may be updated by AxAuto, with changes posted on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
